Delivery Prices

Prices are calculated on the total weight of any order supplied based on the following criteria:

Orders from 1 tile to 1 or more pallets including VAT.

Split deliveries will incur a delivery charge for each individual delivery.

Mainland UK (standard weight based charge)

Boxed and/or securely wrapped

0-2 Kilo £ 5.00
2.1-5 Kilo £10.00
5.1-20 Kilo £15.00

A one off additional location based surcharge applies for parcels to the following postcode prefixes:-

IV, HS, KA, PA, PH, ZE £ 7.50
PO £ 6.00

Mainland UK (standard weight based charge)

Palletized and delivered to kerbside only.

21-1000 Kilo £ 45.00
1001-2000 Kilo £ 90.00
2001-3000 Kilo £135.00

The Weight Based Charge is Free for orders over £250.00, however, an additional ‘Location Based Surcharge’ will still apply, if applicable.

All prices are including VAT.

Please advise us when placing your order if access is restricted. Generally an 18 ton Lorry with tail lift is used (similar to the size of a Fire Engine), however, if your access is restricted we can arrange a smaller vehicle.

Delivery Times

Orders will only be dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday (not including Bank Holidays)

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Goods ordered Monday – Friday will be delivered within 2 working days, between the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm

Example: Day Ordered Delivery up to 5.30pm
Monday Wednesday
Tuesday Thursday
Wednesday Friday
Thursday Monday
Friday Tuesday

Saturday deliveries, between 8.00am and 12 noon only, are available at an extra cost of £35.00 plus VAT (Subject to location – some areas are not covered by a Saturday Delivery, please contact us for details)..

If you select a Saturday delivery, this amount will automatically be added to your final order value.

Damages

All goods are delivered by an external transport company, therefore we request that you examine your delivery thoroughly before signing any paperwork to accept the goods.

Whilst it is seldom that good arrive damaged, it is important that when signing for goods that you check the outside of the pallet for any damage caused to it, or to the goods, and if damaged, sign the paperwork ‘DAMAGED’.

Example – if you notice a broken tile then sign it ‘DAMAGED’.

If however the goods are badly damaged then you should REFUSE the delivery and notify us immediately.

Every effort is made by us to reduce the possibility of damages, we bind our tiles to the pallets and then shrink wrap.

Further to this we do ask that you check the goods fully, as soon as possible, and notify us of any damages, shortages or incorrect good supplied,

within 2 working days.
