Chargeable delivery prices are calculated on the total weight of any order supplied based on the following criteria:

Split deliveries will incur a delivery charge for each individual delivery.

Please advise us when placing your order if access is restricted. Generally, an 18-ton Lorry with a tail lift is used (similar to the size of a Fire Engine), however, if your access is restricted we can arrange a smaller vehicle.
All orders are processed during normal working hours Monday – Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. – Once processed deliveries are within 2-5 working days, between the hours of 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Orders will only be dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday (not including Bank Holidays).
We endeavor to deliver on the date that we advise, but unfortunately, as we use third-party delivery services, delivery times/days may sometimes be delayed.
We, therefore, advise that you do not book any Tilers, or services that are waiting for the delivery of your goods until you have physically received the goods.
We cannot be held responsible for any costs that may occur due to the late delivery of goods.

All goods are delivered by an external transport company, therefore we request that you examine your delivery thoroughly before signing any paperwork to accept the goods.
Whilst it is seldom that goods arrive damaged, it is important that when signing for goods you check the outside of the pallet for any damage caused to it, or to the goods, and if damaged, sign the paperwork ‘DAMAGED’.
For example – if you notice a broken tile then sign it ‘DAMAGED’.
If however the goods are badly damaged then you should REFUSE the delivery and notify us immediately.
Every effort is made by us to reduce the possibility of damage, we bind our tiles to the pallets and then shrink-wrap them.
Further to this, we do ask that you check the goods fully, as soon as possible, and notify us of any damages, shortages or incorrect goods supplied, within 2 working days.

No claims will be accepted by the third-party delivery service or The Tile Bin Limited for breakages that are not notified on the delivery paperwork. Breakages should also be reported directly to us within two working days so we can follow this up with the third-party delivery service.
Any shortages are to be reported directly to us within two working days.
